Lady! You really believed in me, and supported me as a musician through times when i thought i was gonna pack it in. I've now got a band and we're doing very well and you're support is alot to do with that. Someone on the other side of the world believing in you makes you think. Marie, we never personally spoke to each other, but I always heard great things about you. I am sorry to learn of your passing, but know that you have a big matchbox family who loves you very much and misses you. May you be remembered among us all. My thoughts will be with you and yours.

I always appreciated how nice you were to me and how you used to listen to my show every Friday night, Saturday your time. I also appreciated how positive you were about my karaoke music I sing. You would listen to it quite often on your mp3 player. Bless your family and may you be remembered for eons to come!

There are so many memories of Marie that I cherish. Eversince we "met" in Matchbox 20 chat nearly 5 years ago, Marie and I were close. I thought of her as my "internet mom"..but also one of my very best online friends. We've had our angry moments towards each other, but I know I've never stopped loving my MOM 5. I miss you Mar, and I Love you more than you know.

There isn't much I can say that hasn't been said already. Marie was a truly lovely person... and I will treasure the memories of the nights we stayed up chatting.

Thank you for being there as a true friend, to share stories and laughter, tears and trauma, and to give advice when much needed... you always knew what to say. I will miss your sensible head, your cheeky sense of humor and caring nature Marie. You made me smile when ever you were around me. Always in my heart and memories... Sleep well. x

Marie was there for my first online chat experience on the Matchbox chat about 5yrs ago and she was soo friendly I loved her from the starrt...I told people she was my internet grandmother because she was an amazing kind person and I would have loved to have a grandmother like her. She always called me Angel...and along with the name...always told me I was an Angel...I always denied it but she would always ignore that.. Wish I had gotten the chance to meet you in person..You will alwqays be in my heart =) Ange

A life has been lived a good way when, in the end, it will be missed dearly. Melina left us early to walk the next grounds, while her sudden absence in these is a great loss to all who knew her.

While on the Adam Gaynor site she collected pictures of myself & everyone else. She then put them all up on a wall. We always laughed & said it was her 'shrine' haha. She will be terribly missed.
