After seeing his pictures my Eyes are geting wet. When I joined inKOC , as a beginer I was facing a lot of problems. He was the one who helped me to familiarise with koc system. He was like an elder brother for me. He was having answer for any questionon any subject .Once my friend Mr. Surojith asked him to write a book as he was having good command on english. We asked him why he didnt try for IAS. He answered that it was his father wish but he was not ready to sacrifice his principle infront of politicians. I am sure it is difficult to find such an intelligent, helpul and honest guy. He was much fond of his family. When he call his daughter it was very difficult for him to speak kannada fluently. Automatical he was swithovered to English. I could learn so many things in 14 months I spent with him. That last thursday I forgot to say him bye , so I went back and told bye , never thought that was my last wish to him. Let Allah keep him in heaven. Ashraf Mohammad.

Still the picture is green in my mind when Young Nagendra joined us in MCF Mangalore. Soon he bacame part of our big group of Engineers like a family. With big smile all the time even during difficult times made sure every one had good time during social gettogether. After few years all have parted , Nagendra kept in touch with everyone. We do have a group of ex- employees from MCF in Bahrain. He visited twice Bahrain to see all of us, shared all memories to fill the gap and we shall miss his big smile and a good friend.

Mr.Nagendra, was one of our best family friends.A very caring and affectionate person, and with a deep sense of humour,we would talk together for hours. When we came to Kuwait in the year 2003,he was the one who helped us with many things, that a newcomer requires. Our children Parthasarathy and Pradyumna were very fond of him, and he used to love them equally. He was a very humble person and he touched the souls of the people he interacted with.Nagendra was very proud of his family members, and would give us a treat whenever Megha and Mithila performed well in their work/academics. We wish Mrs.Vasundhara,Megha and Mithila a bright future and a lot of happiness and prosperity. With Regards and Affection. Sameer Vaidya and Ananthapriya.

I have the fondest memories of Nagi mama growing up , would always look forward to his visits at our home in Bhadravathi which now seems a distant memory. It was just amazing that he was a kid himself when he was around with his Nieces & Nephews. He would just light up a room with his energy . He had a great sense of humor as well , any family get together he would have every one laughing . Nagi Mama you are greatly missed . Vasu Aunty , Megha , mithila you are in our thoughts.

Nagendra was a man who could bring a smile to anyone and it was this natural gift that he had, which made him unique and dear to everyone in the office. In fact, today only we remembered him at North Kuwait office during an informal get together among colleagues. A man who has spread joy and fun to so many others will definitely have peace in Heaven.

Nagendra Full of life at any day,any time filled with Intellectual, Technical, Humourous, Sportive, would never make a minute idle, may it be knowledge, sport, music, any field for that matter. We know each other for over 38 years both at Mangalore (MCF) and in Kuwait. He would make any occassion a memorable one with his approach to the core. He had the ability to turn the table towards him made the audience fully involved. I cannot find any better discreption as such good Human beings do not need one. He had dreams, built his life on dreams, a professional dream boy, with loved ones Mrs.Vasundhara, Ms.Megha n Ms.Mithila he certianly created a void, am sure they would fulfil his dreams, in which he lives. I sincerely wish you Mrs.Vasundhara, Megha n Mithila, the strength n peace of mind to fulfil his dreams for the future. Affectionate Kumaraswamy Malur

Nagendra will always remain alive for me, because I can not imagine how a life so meaning full to others can be taken away by God. I always remember him speak to make the most depressed situation change to full of fun. I always remember him elevate the level of gross discussion to intellectual one. I used to always wonder how he could transform himself so quickly from high level of professional to a level of child and play like a child. I still remember how well he taught my son, Ajinkya the balling and batting skills of game of cricket and at the same time insisted for enjoying the hot coffee brought from home to the field. It is difficult to find an honest, intellectual, trustworthy and long-lasting adviser like him. Everyone came across him will carry with him Nagendra's imprints for life, which would guide him in his life. I pray to God Almighty to return him back to us. May God bestow him Peace in Heaven.

The first time I met Nagendra was on the day he was getting engaged to Vasundhara (Vasu). He was very friendly, witty, and always smiling. Right away I knew he was a great guy for Vasu. Nagendra always made an initiative to stay in touch and this helped keep my friendship with Vasu, as well as his. Not only was he a great husband, but a great father to Meghana and Mithila. May he have eternal peace. He will always have a place in our hearts. Love, Vanaja and Family

One of the best person to work with (and I worked with him), jolly, ever smiling, co-operative and very positive in thinking. He gave me very good advice towards taking up new assignments in gulf countries. He was working with me in the same shift, so many times as Shift Co-ordinator, when I was working as Assistant Shift Engineer in MCF. May God rest his soul in eternal peace.

Nagendra was a friend and an elder brother to me. We met with out being formally introduced and in retrospect I can vouch that the trust we had was mutual from the very start.I am fortunate enough to have had a confidant like Nagendra. He was like a beacon of light that always reminded you that you are not alone.I can well imagin how much his family must be missing him. Come rain come sunshine "tomorrow is another day " and with a patient stride he would ride the wave. Now surely he is with the Almighty among those who had vouched for being " As one who loves his Fellow being "

I met Nagendra when I joined MCF Ltd and throught our 8 years together as a bunch of aspiring engineers who were out to conquer the world I was amazed by the ease with which he could fit into any strata of society. His friendly smiling face, quick wit and compassionate nature could put anybody who mingled with him at ease.As mentioned he was a repertoire of knowledge, A man for all occasions. It is sad to note that he is no longer with us, but be comforted by the fact that The Almighty plucks the best early from life. There would be no greater tribute to him than to share the Compassion,Cheerful Demeanor and Wisdom which he passed on to us before his untimely demise, with fellow beings.

We had just arrived in Kuwait and were going through a very difficult phase when Nagendraji had visited our home with another friend. That was the first time we had met. IWe still vividly recall that visit .His cheerfulness and words of encouragement uplifted our spirit and helped us to tide over the difficult time. We met him on several occasions after that and his warmth and friendliness never failed to impress us.His untimely demise has left a void in the lives and hearts of all who knew him. Everyday he has to pass through me with a hello or bye ..and I recalled this for many days after he passed away. I cannot forget the previous Thursday when he said he was tired at 1530 hours and went to wash his face before leaving. He took pantry boys with him to drop in Fintas as a courtesy.. such a simple man
