Arch. Bayo Fatiregun will be remembered for his simple and easy-going life. I knew this man to be very humble and intelligent. His life will definitely be a challenge to many who make noise about small achievement. We love you but God loves you more. God knows He will prefer you to be taken away and that is why you have to go so soon. This same God will keep your wife and children from all evil and will grant them all they needed to succeed in life. Rest in the bosom of your Savior. Good Night!

Bayo, am not sure I know you but I know Papa V.A.Fatiregun very well. You've done the little you can do on this planet earth. Sure you lived well from comments on FB. Yes indeed a gentleman par excellence. Yes, Bayo, you will never behold any imperfection again. Sweet will surely be your rest, well deserved in the Lord your creator. Bye bye -our own Bayo

Baaayooo, is this how we all shall go like the wind? My encounter with you at the Cathedral on Saturday during the Installation of the Baba Egbe Ijo of the Cathedral was a memorable one. I never knew it was going to be the last as I had to leave the service early for another wedding at Ile-Ife. My DEDICATED ARCHITECT, the designer of my personal building under your supervision, command and control at Ijebu-Jesa. There is no way I can express my sense of loss. Our days at Origbo Grammar school where I began my voyage with the Fatiregun family in 1973 is the most memorable that cannot easily be forgotten. Daddy added me to the family members list just as many of us then when my father handed me over to him in 1973 and found myself at Origbo Grammar School and later Methodist High School, Ilesa. You are the perfect combination of your wonderful traits that personified both your Mummy and Daddy, without any fault indeed. You took life easy, easy-going, not greedy and you are not that madly ambitious - in terms of Nigerian Factor. Your are simply a great asset to the family and a peace-loving person and a bridge builder indeed. WHAT A GREAT LOSS!! I FEEL FOR YOUR LITTLE DAUGHTERS YOU PRACTICALLY LIVED FOR. YOUR LIFE WAS AROUND THESE LITTLE ONES AS THEY WILL BE THE ONES TO MISS YOU MOST. I CANNOT REMEMBER SEEING YOU ANYWHERE OUT OF YOUR HOME IF YOU HAVE NOT GONE TO PICK UP YOUR DAUGHTERS FROM SCHOOL, GONE TO WORK OR VISITING LOCAL SITES YOU SUPERVISED FOR FRIENDS, FOR ALMOST NOTHING. Bayo, the whole of Egboroland will miss you greatly. I am yet to come into terms with the shock in my spirit. My prayer is that Our God Almighty will be the real father of your daughters and you HAVE ETERNAL REST IN THE BOSSOM OF THE LORD. I appeal to the young ones to learn something from the life of LATE ARCH. ADEBAYO AYODEJI FATIREGUN (1961-2012). GOOD NIGHT, BAYO. WE SHALL MEET AND NEVER TO PART AGAIN. FRIENDS, LIVE EVERY DAY AS IF IT WOULD BE THE LAST. ADIEU!!!.
