I was saddened to read of the passing of Charles. He was an outstabnding Chairman of the State Electricity Commission of Victoria where I was privileged to work for a number of years. I will always remember Charles as charming, considerate of all people and an outstanding businessman. Warm memories of a great working career under his leadership.
