It must have been sixty odd years ago that I first heard the name Dorothy Boxall, but it has stayed with me and now aged 77 I find this lady's name again and am transported back to my childhood and my first and only Eisteddfod. The place Johannesburg, South Africa, the year lost in time but the impression the massed choirs made lingers on. Thank you Dorothy Boxall for all you gave all of us children who without you might have never heard the angels sing.
