My mom was a house wife and my daddy was in the Navy early in his life and went on to persue a career as a supervisor with Tamper/Harisco tract tech (he was employed with them over 30 years). He was a wonderful father and a wonderful friend to anyone and everyone he met. My mom was very outgoing. She loved everyone and everyone loved her. She never met a stranger. She and my daddy lived a very simple life. Even though she didn't have much, she loved life more that anyone I've ever met. She was happy with just having her husband and children around her. She lived for her kids. She had the sweetest kisses and hugs. I'm very proud of who my parents were and how they raised all of their seven children. I know beyond a shadow that there with Jesus now and are angels in heaven! Knowing that gets me through each day. One thing I've learned losing them both... life is SHORT!! Show your loved ones each day that you love them. Never take them for granted...everyone has to leave this earth at one point. Get right with the Lord if you're not already. I can't speak for everyone else, but I want to see my loved ones again oneday so I'm getting right with the LORD!!
