It saddens me to stumble upon this obituary of Garry. Our parents were good friends and as Narelle Smith, Garry and I grew up together in Sydney and I have fond memories of those days. The last time I saw Garry was in the early 80's when he stayed with us in Clifton, Bristol. Though this is very belated, I send my deepest sympathy to his family and would love to hear from you.
