I had the honour to appreciate Mrs Staley at her restaurant 'Fanny's' and through her family. It is my belief Gloria was a truly significant Australian and a vanguard of style. Her reach has been profound and her contribution to the culinary arts may never be fully appreciated. Put simply she made dining in Australia Glamourous.
