To Jennifer & All family members My condolence to you all. It is with great sadness that I came to hear the sad news. I paid a visit to the 4th floor to visit Jim when I was given the sad news. It did come as a shock not only to me but also all the staff in ICU who looked after Jim. He was a pleasure to look after and always had a smile for us nurses.
