My son yesterday was on month since your tragic death and it seems like today. May 1 was the worst day of my life, i hope no mother go through that getting that call saying their child was shot. Jarvis i miss you so much, yesterday we had a news confrence in your honer to find whoever killed you my boy i will be doing that everymonth throughout the summer. You are gone but your presence is home with us. Since your death i have been having three hours sleep, i am up all during the night thinking of you, what could i have done different but God knows best we will reunite on day. Home is not and will never be the same without you.

I do not know you all but what I do know is that I am a mother myself and I grieve with this family at the loss of their child. This could have happened to anyone, as we see before our eyes the people of the world have become evil. WE need to support, love and encourage each other, and feel each others pain...ONLY GOD KNOWS! the beginning and the end...we have to trust and believe in him and just continue to live in FAITH! You are very welcome...and one day at a time is all you can do! And I believe you when you say it is so hard...I know the pain of a mother who does not know if her child is dead or alive and the helplessness of not being able to help your child when you know something has gone terribly wrong as we do not have the support we need...but we should never give up and just press on...I feel deep pain for your hurt and loss but of course I do not know the exact pain you are feeling but any little way that I can help, if only through words of encouragement and kindness I am definitely willing and able...we are living in a society that has gone astray, individuals are so out of control...I will continue to pray for you and your family and also that your son's killer/killers are found...Hold strong and just have FAITH! Cant really say what's on my mind right now. All I could muster up is WOW, ( not in a funny tone, but a wow in shock) how many good people have to die over NOTHING, it's crazy how many families have lost a love one over these past couple of years. When will this blood shedding gun tooting will end, life is short there's no time to be hating on the next person for some no sense...we are all here for a reason. Whatever your reason is strive to make it be what you want it to be, I'm 25 years old and I've lost plenty of people to know what pain truly feels like, both my father and brother passed in the same year just a month apart then my aunt died a year before them and both of my grandparents and 2006 I know you all know about Sean Bell who was gun down in killed by the NYPD officers on his wedding day.I know what pain is I've felt it myself and I'm learning to move forward not just for myself but for those who's not here with us.
I leave you with my condolences just remain strong and know that your son, brother, nephew and cousin is finally at peace...I know how hard is it for you guys right now I will keep you in my prayers as long as I'm still breathing.

I remember you from birth chubby and cute as hell. When you moved to Canada and we lived together, there are days when i thought that i did do something to you, just because you were so quiet and would not say a word to me unless i said something to you. I then realised that this is just who you are. Can't believe you're gone. May 1st will always be on my mind, because you did not have to leave us that way. Thinking that you are in a better place right now is the only thing that makes me feel better. We all miss you and you will always be in our thoughts. R.I.P Jarvo.
The memory I have of you are special I remember a young man of class and lots of respect someone who means a great deal to his mom and I know she will miss you everyday she lives and I also will miss hearing your voice on the phone. Jarvis there are no words to express how I feel about you I just love you like a mother love her son .
Jarvis did not die in vain. We must reach out to each other as families around the world. Do something for someone you don't know. Help each other out. Jarvis, we will be there to comfort your mom Clemee, Kasim and step dad Linton. You just guide all of us down here and point to them..........Smile on us and we can feel it like Mary J Blige and JaRule's song "Rainy Dayz." It rained all day when you finally left us. I didnt know Jarvis personally. But I must say this story breaks my heart. Another young boy taken away too soon, before his time. Only God knows why, and I know it doesnt seem like things will get better, but just Trust in the Lord and keep Strong, and he will bring you through it. I lost my father when I was a little girl over 15 years ago. I can say the pain never goes away, but everyday gets a bit easier. May God bless you and your family and may Jarvis REST IN PEACE. and i hope whoever did this, turns themself in and faces the consequences of their actions!!
