Thank you Jim Kennan for giving me that faith in justice that was easily read through your gentle eyes,I am deeply saddened by your loss.
Now you will get to see my beautiful son Nathan that you were going to fight for, give him a kiss for me and thank you for that gentle hand & heartfelt gesture that made a difference to the way I left that day with a little more hope & faith in humanity.

Jim kennan you were to be my son's QC regarding his tragic death in state Care in Victoria.
I wont ever forget your words of genuine and sincere heartfelt condolences when I entered your Chambers.
I will never forget the look on your face when remarking on my son's case and through all the Solicitors and Barristers I have met regarding my sons case,it was yours and another that ran his Coronial Inquest, that gave me back some faith in humanity, that there are those still in this profession that think from there heart and not their pocket .

Jim thanks very much for the opportunity to be able to work next to you and your staff, as a young person just entering the workforce and seeing first hand what an election is all about, many years ago has opened my eyes to the world of politics. You were an absolute honor to know and an absolute honor to know. Even though at the time i was at the bottom of the scale in respect to my positon i held within the Department of Justice, you made me feel like one of your staff, and you acknowledged my presence with the utter most respect. My god take care of you now, and watch over your family forever.
Thank You and God Bless
