I could fill a ton of these boxes with ancidotal memories of my Aunt Lea. She was absolutely the 'most'. One time when she was visiting us in Visalia and the time had come for her to return home Carrie(about 1 year old) wanted to get into the car with Aunt Lea. I put her in and Aunt Lea drove around the block as if she were leaving. When she came around I expected Carrie to want to get out of the car and stay home but she didn't. Aunt Lea said, 'Let her go home with me Tim, just come and get her in the next week or two,' and off went Aunt Lea with Carrie in tow. Its difficult to put into words what a wonderful lady my Aunt Lea was.

As her 7th of 8 children, I still wonder at all the special moments I had ALONE with mom. She always made time for each one of us. I'm sure that all my brothers and sisters feel as I do, that they were the most special one in her eyes. I miss you mom.

I'll never forget sitting on the kitchen table as a little boy, playing gin rummy with grandma. :-)
