Lurleen was my mother Lois Tucker's best friend from childhood. Lois died in november 2010 and I spoke to Lurleen then, she was very distressed about how ill Ron was and I think my mother had been a great support to her. I am very sad to hear that she has died. I didn't know Ron but I understand they had a very strong marriage in the face of some adversity.
