I remember your happiness in living in Kirribilli, your friends at the Neighborhood Centre. You went swimming in a wetsuit in the harbour. You went to yoga lessons. Your love of life, social functions, cooking, family and friends around the country and the world. You had a bright mind for financial things and loved going to the stock exchange, buying and selling. Although you were not born in Australia you lived here 2/3rds of your life. You died far too early and would have been proud of the achievements of your children and grandchildren. A the time of your stroke I saw a large pod of dolphins passing and didn't understand that phenomenon at the time as it was a once off occurrence - never seen before or after that day. To the end you were strong willed and determined your fate. Many of the family and friends have joined you since. Love. Maureen.
