I was saddened to read about the terrible news in the paper this morning. I've never met Mike or Jill but knew from stories told to me by Chris and Tina of their dedicated work and selfless commitment to making life better for others. My condolences to all whose lives they've touched. Dan Moynihan

There are some people in this world you just know that we meant to be part of your life - or that have already been part of your life it was just a matter of when your paths crossed. Mike & Jill you were both examples of the limitless power of love and the mystery of destiny. "Even happiness makes you cry just realize the sun doesn't go down It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round." We'll see each other again.... until then, I will roll roll roll.

So many great memories of Mike and Jill come to mind...always with big smiles. Skiing with Mike and friends at Stowe, and Smuggs and Jay Peak and Jackson Hole will always very happy memories. And talking with Jill was not like talking with an ordinary person she was always so sincere with the most beautiful eyes and always listening . Both of them were such gentle souls. Jill and Mike are two of the most beautiful people I could ever imagine...living a life that most only dream of. It was always a comfort knowing that they were down there doing their thing...making the world a better place. The sadness cuts very deep My condolences to both families and to all the friends and people who's lives were touched by Mike and Jill

As the third morning rolls around and my waking thoughts are a nightmare still...I quickly turn my mind to the one thing that binds us all not only here on this earth, but through eternity; Love. Mike and Jill are so full of love...their work here, nothing short of creating miracles through everything and everyone they touched. That i can open my eyes and turn my face and my gaze falls on my two year old son, willie, and to know that if I had not shared a life with mike and jill, Monica and I would have never met.....a miracle. and we could add to the list and will continue too. for even i their absence from our physical world...they are still with us..in each and every one of our hearts...where they will live forever. My deepest sympathies to the Caseys and the Schusslers and to the rest of us who share memories with these beautiful families. Mike, Jill, Bryce and Makayla would want us to carry the message and so that's what we're asked to do...to love unconditionally and give ourselves to each other selflessly...thats what their primary purpose on this earth was and I am grateful for their gift to us all. Be there for one another as we grieve the loss. Monica, willie and I are flying into Albany on Wednesday and look forward to holding you all close. Bill
