I have so many fond memories of Darren I can't chose just one. He was just like one of my little brothers. I remeber everytime sleeping over by them through Theodore Lane, he would bug the hell outta me and Kelly. Then when Nardo and Dino moved it would be the three of them oh lord those were some good days. I will never forget that slight stutter he had an him always saying "Don't play with me," I try my best not to think about it but I only know that he is gone way tooo early but God knows what best and I am sure Darren is now safe and out of harms way. Rest on Darren WE love you but God loves you best.

I may not have known him as long as i wished i had but within the time line i did we created our own memories which i'll never forget..... there were the times he came to freeeport to see me and do his thing. The many phone calls, texts and video calls all hours of the night. There are the gifts he gave me for various reason and the compliments he gave me for none at all.....i'll treasure those times forever. But the moments that truly stand out is that the first time when he say he slap my cousin and me and him was carrying on big and bold but after that whole thing he was asking my cousin about me knowing that i was staying by her. Talking to me on her e-mail until he finally ask me for mines. I never expected us to end up having such a close relationship. I thought you were going to be one of those you people who occasionally hail or see hanging around but it was completely different from that.... The party of one of your classmates when you finally came to me sat and chat with me dropping hints that you liked me then when me and my five cousins who were there were leaving, i think you had a little to much to drink and i told you about that because you walked right into the happy birthday sign that was a friday, i left that party letting you know i was leaving on sunday. So you surprise me that saturday night when i was just finished packing my bag and in my nightwear, by driving up by latoya with i can't remember who all was in the car but i remember cordero, david, kempy and jasper i think....boy yall could hang out together now once one go you all go. You came to tell me bye and tell me i need to hurry up come back.......Oh! how i remember that night. Then there is the last time i saw you at my aunt shop when i was in nassau in january and every other day after work(dress down in tie) you was there in that shop making noise, giving me and phileah jokes and tell me that your name is philip anthony darren clarke once you in uniform. Then when it was time for you to pick up someone you would tell me walk you to the car , once we reach you right there saying give you kiss. One thing you knew was how to make me laugh, smile and feel special. Now i shed not only tears of sadness that i would never pick up the ringing phone and it would be you on the other end, and that when i sign online you won't meet you already on, waiting to call me big head or boo. And that my heaven on earth left me a little to early, i shed tears of joy that you are in heaven watch over all those you cared about. You may not be here physically but you are still with us through the many moments you shared with us, the pictures and that smile and laugh will stay marked in our hearts forever. I just hope that you left world knowing how truly blessed and loved you were to have the parents and family you did, the friends and all others who you knew. Philip i cherish everything you left behind with me your love,joy and spirit. You will always be my baby. I now that when my heartbeats our love will never die. My favorite memories of Darren was when he was younger. He was the little borther i never had in the house. As a baby, he would pee on me and Nika when his Goddie (my ma) made us change his diapers. As he got older and mum would have him over the weekend, it was funny to see her face as he would climb to the top of the mango tree and jump off. He would come by every now and then to see his Goddie once he became a man, and his smile and laugh would light up our house. I will miss you lil bro but never forget
