As others have said, such a large hole has been left in our lives by the loss of a so much larger than life personality. Its difficult to write things down without getting a lump in your throat, whilst at the same time having the hairs stand up on the back of your neck and smiling a big grin when thinking about my own friendship with Rog and knowing of his unique and unquestionable friendship with all his other mates. From my regular friday nights round at his place with Darren and Sandra (and at times many others) to the photos we used to compare for the same passion that we had for decent inkwork (tattoo's). He was the literal one in a million and will be truly missed. "Now Then" Rog, fly high and free my friend - you will be missed but remembered by so many many people. Ade
I can't believe I will never hear 'NOW THEN MARK!' again.. I feel so honoured to be part of his story and to have him as part of mine.. A great friend and a great support... And my biggets fan of Thomas and Higgins.. So happy to have him be the special guest in my last episode which, if anyone wants a copy is available to all... NOW THEN ROG!!
Too much to say, yet can't find the words... Amsterdam will never be the same without your visits... Take it easy & keep smilin' Love & Peace, Mara xxx
What a guy, we can't believe you have been taken from us so prematurely. Only across the road from us, you were alway there for me and my family. Be it taking my son and his stuff to Uni for the first time, or taking me and my guide dog to the vet when he was desperately ill, or even repairing my computer. You were a brilliant geezer and this family for one will never forget you. Take it easy Rog, Brian and family

25 years in fact, people used to confuse us, I suppose because we were both such good looking youth back then!!! Kinda lost touch after I joined the Army, but always got someone to say hello for me. Saw Roger a couple of months ago, more crazy shit getting sorted, he hadn't changed a bit, a sad loss to everyone. RIP mate. Mumf
Lowey's first proper feet off the floor ends in a tree.
