I had 3 surgery's with simon, he did an amazing job and always went above and beyond my expectations. He was always smiling and had such a lovely way about him. Although i only knew him professionally, i am deeply shocked by his passing and literally can not understand how this could have happened to such a vital, family man. Im so sorry xxx
