Vonita had the most beautiful giggle, lovely smile. She was down to Earth though refined. She eluminated every room she walked in and I stayed in awe. Very religious, she truly was an angel. Never dwelled on negativity she knew God was with her always. I will never forget the memories. And I know you are in a better place and no longer suffering Vonita, i will always love you. Glad you dont have to suffer anymore. We lost an amazing woman, Mother, Daughter, friend but God gained an Angel. Shelfishly i wish i could just hold u once more

Vonita, I met you briefly through my brother Tony, and we had a such a great time laughing, playing cards and eating, and the first thing I remember was you and your family's hospitality. You treated my family like we had know each other for years instead of hours. what I remember about Vonita, always I mean always shining,that smile undeniable,open up any room with Vonita in it,that certain room was just that more brighter ,never seen her sad or mad when we were in school ,don't remember no haters on her list just miles of good friends that she gave warmth and cheery smiles to,truly were going to miss that extra ray of light,so fly with the angles and add your ray of light into God's hand,never a flicker ,always a flame,shew them how to shine in heaven,fore your light down here ,surely will be missed,Miss you already sis ,God be the glory!!!!!!

My heart was so hurt when i found out you had passed. I have been from MD for 24 years. when i saw your picture i knew that the Lord just recieve one of his angels back. we all will miss you. I remember Vonita to be a sweet caring person.When I went back to the yearbook i remember her very well. She was a very nice person and i felt that she needed a place wherein people could place they thoughts and memories. I would like to say to her family we are so sorry for your lost. Now she will be looking after you all as she wear her wings around heaven. God bless you all. To her kids you all have a great mother and don't forget it..She is always with you...
