Most Wednesdays, Bill would visit North Ryde Community Aid and attend our mens luncheon. Volunteer drivers Brian, George or Steve would collect our Bold; Volunteers Neville or Vic would be at the Centre to help serve the 3 course, hot, nutritious meal prepared with care by NRCA's Activities Co-ordinator Alison and volunteer Valda. Bill was always at his door, ready to go. He walked tall. He didn't like attention drawn to himself and yet always observant of others and his surroundings. Bill was reserved and respectful, but always made a contribution. The luncheon is provided to support the mateship of our attendees. Bill will be missed by his mates: Clem, Harold, Jack, John, Neville, Randell, Robert, Ron. The staff and volunteers of NRCA pay tribute to his contribution to so many lives. Rest now, Bill.
